Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)

Wanaag Restaurant Grill and Cafe is looking for a Restaurant Manager who will plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant

Ability to speak and understand basic English is a must

Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required.

Number of Positions available: 1

Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Plans, organizes, directs, controls and evaluates the operations of the restaurant
• Determines type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruits staff and oversees staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
