General Rules: Users may not use the Web Site (and/or all our partner sites) in order to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others, or (c) that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.

Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Web Site(s), including, without limitation, (a) accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access, (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, (c) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Web Site, overloading, “flooding”, “spamming”, “mailbombing” or “crashing”, (d) sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services, or (e) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The Company will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

User submissions on Asylumseekerscanada.ca:

The Company does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of communications posted by the users or endorses any opinions expressed by the users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at your own risk.

The Company acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution of user-submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. If notified by a user of communications that allegedly do not conform to these Terms and Conditions, the Company may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. The Company has no liability or responsibility to users for the performance or nonperformance of such activities. The Company reserves the right to expel any user and prevent their further access to the Web Site for violating the Terms and Conditions or the law and the right to remove communications that are abusive, illegal, or disruptive. The Company may take any action with respect to user-submitted information that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes it may create liability for the Company or may cause the Company to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.

User Registration and Password

You as a user of the site are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your registration or password.

Premium postings

Before you posting or advertising on Asylumseekerscanada.ca you are in agreement that your postings or advertisement may be copied to all our partner’s sites. You may email us at  info@asylumseekerscanada.ca for further information about the listings of partner sites. If you are not in an agreement please do not use our services. We (the admin) have the full right to delete or frozen any postings or accounts without notice or warning.

Payment terms for Premium Job Posting, resume search or other services:

We only accept VISA and MasterCard. However, if an employer wants to pay by cheque, transfer or another form of payment, it may be possible. However, it should be pre-authorized with Asylum Seekers Canada. Our contact information regarding the payment arrangement email: info@asylumseekerscanada.ca .

We never save your financial information on our server or in our offices. All the financial transactions with info@asylumseekerscanada.ca maintain through our secured Canadian payment processing company.  All payments through our site are considered as one-time final payments, no refund or no claim will be accepted.

Premium job posting starts from 30 days minimum. All the premium and free postings are final text. The posting and expiry dates are fixed, if anyone edits the active posting it will show as a new posting. No inactive posting will be editable and it will not show for the job seekers page. As per the nature of the online business, we do not guarantee any traffic on your posting(s). If you do not receive any application or resume of your posting(s), we are not liable for that. Also as a nature of online business, we do not guarantee that your posting will be active or error-free. However, our staff and personnel will provide their support services to keep all our sites and postings active. We monitor our sites 24/7. If you do not agree with us, please do not use the site.

Non-Refundable: We do not have a refund policy for of any our services. All the payments will be considered FINAL SALE and as-is basis. If you do not agree with our policy please do not sign in.

Non-Transferable: We do not have a Transferable policy for our services. If you have subscribed for our services then you can’t be able to transfer your subscription to another person. If you do not agree with our policy please do not sign in.

No-Cancellation: If you have posted a Job, You will not be able to Cancel it, You can just Inactive that Job Post.

Asylum Seekers Canada. Liability

info@asylumseekerscanada.ca is only a venue of Asylum Seekers Canada. This Web Site acts as a venue for employers to post job opportunities in Canada-wide and for the candidates to post resumes, apply for jobs and does not screen or censor the listings offered. The Company is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates or job seekers. As a result, the Company has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the job advertisements or resumes posted, job application the truth or accuracy of the job listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to, the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign and local nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretences. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Web Sites.

As user authentication on the Internet is difficult, info@asylumseekerscanada.ca cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in individual user dealings or control the behaviour of participants on info@asylumseekerscanada.ca and its partner’s sites, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release the Company (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (contractual and extra-contractual, actual and consequential, direct and indirect, punitive) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

We are under no legal obligation to, and generally do not, control the information provided by other users, which is made available through the Web Sites. The Company does not warrant that the website will operate error-free or that the website and its server are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If your use of the website or the material results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, the company is not responsible for those costs.

The website and material are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind. The company, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability, quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
